– 500 g of ground beef
– 1 packet of taco spice mix (28 g)
– 1 jar of salsa sauce (203 g)
– 1 can of red beans
– 100 g of tortilla chips
– 300 g of crème fraîche (i takes lightly)
– about 20 black olives
– 2 green onions
– 2 medium tomatoes
– grated cheese of your choice (Emmental, mozzarella, cheddar …)
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Add the taco spice blend, stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the salsa sauce, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
3- While the meat is simmering, wash the tomatoes and green onions. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, mince the green onion. Cut the black olives in 2. When the meat has simmered for 20/26 minutes, add the drained red beans, and mix for 1-2 minutes more.
