Ingredients :
1 cups cooked quinoa
1 cup plain coconut yogurt
A handful of berries I used blueberries, raspberries, and currants
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup is optional
Instructions :
Put quinoa at the bottom of two cups.
Top with coconut yogurt.
Sprinkle it with maple syrup if you are using it and top it with berries.
It can be store in cooler for 2 days.
